Delete your Aravey Account

You can delete your Aravey account at any time, directly in the app. You don't need to contact us, and deletion happens immediately.

How to delete your account

Open the Aravey app and go to More → Delete Account, or Profile → Delete Account. You'll be asked to enter your password to confirm. Once you confirm, your account and data are deleted straight away.

If you can't use the app

If you no longer have Aravey installed, or you can't sign in, you don't need to reinstall it. Email us at grwnded@primelegacybrand.com from the email address associated with your Aravey account, with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

We'll verify your request and delete your account. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and login credentials
Your journal entries
Your current mood and check-in date
Your streak and practice activity
Your saved preferences and settings
Any words you added to Word Drift

This cannot be undone. Journal entries in particular cannot be recovered, so if there's anything you want to keep, save it elsewhere first.

Deleted data may remain in our database's seven-day recovery window, which exists so that data lost to a technical fault can be restored. It isn't accessible through the app, isn't used for anything, and is permanently removed after that period. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored.

What we keep, and why

A limited record is retained after deletion where we're required or permitted to keep it:

Proof of consent. When you created your account, you accepted our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. We keep a record of that: the email address used, the date, and which version of each policy you accepted. We may need it to establish or defend a legal claim, and it is not used for any other purpose.
Transaction records. Purchases are retained as required for financial and tax record-keeping, typically up to seven years.

Consumer health data

Deleting your account also withdraws your consent to our collection and use of consumer health data. For details, see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an Aravey Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. If you don't cancel separately, you'll continue to be billed.

To cancel:

iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions

We'd suggest cancelling before deleting your account.
