ARAVEY App — Terms of Use

Operated by Prime Legacy Brand LLC (doing business as GRWNDED MNDS)

These Terms govern your use of the ARAVEY mobile application and related services ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply only to the ARAVEY App and do not apply to any separate websites, merchandise stores, or other services operated by Prime Legacy Brand LLC.

These Terms incorporate our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

ARAVEY is not intended for children or teenagers.

  1. Purpose of the App

ARAVEY provides grounding, mindfulness, embodiment, and personal development tools intended for wellness and self-support.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

The App does not provide:

  • medical advice
  • mental health treatment
  • therapy services
  • crisis intervention

If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, or a crisis, please seek assistance from a licensed professional, contact emergency services, or call or text 988 in the United States to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

  1. Your Account and Consent

To use the App, you must create an account and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. You will be asked to confirm your consent to each of these separately when you create your account.

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • all activity under your account
  • notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

We may require identity verification before making account changes.

  1. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time within the App, under More → Delete Account or Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you no longer have the App installed or cannot sign in, email grwnded@primelegacybrand.com with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. See Purchases and Subscriptions below.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for unlawful purposes
  • attempt to access another user's account
  • interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including text, audio, graphics, branding, design, and software — is owned by Prime Legacy Brand LLC or licensed to us.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Content you create in the App — your journal entries, reflections, and the words you add — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not read, monitor, or use it for any purpose other than displaying it back to you.

  1. In-App Content and Updates

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or functionality.

We may also introduce new features, paid upgrades, or changes to existing tools.

  1. Purchases and Subscriptions

ARAVEY Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription.

Pricing

  • Monthly: $9.99 per month
  • Yearly: $59.99 per year

Prices are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price change will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment information.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

  • iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions

Deleting the App, or deleting your ARAVEY account, does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel separately or you will continue to be billed.

Refunds

All refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, according to their own policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service
  • error-free operation
  • availability at all times
  • specific personal outcomes or results

Your use of the App is voluntary and at your own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Legacy Brand LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • loss of data
  • device incompatibility
  • user misuse of the App
  • inability to access the App
  • reliance on any content within the App

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the previous 12 months, if applicable.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting your account or the App does not cancel subscriptions.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Any disputes will be resolved in Kentucky courts.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Journal entries, mood check-ins, and practice activity are also covered by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights under applicable state health data laws.

  1. Accessibility

We are working to make ARAVEY usable by as many people as possible. Our Accessibility Statement sets out what currently works with assistive technology and where we know the App falls short. 

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide notice of material changes as required by law.
