These Terms govern your use of the ARAVEY mobile application and related services (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply only to the ARAVEY App and do not apply to any separate websites, merchandise stores, or other services operated by Prime Legacy Brand LLC.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Purpose of the App
ARAVEY provides grounding, mindfulness, embodiment, and personal development tools intended for wellness and self‑support.
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
The App does not provide:
· medical advice
· mental health treatment
· therapy services
· crisis intervention
If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns, or a crisis, please seek assistance from a licensed professional or contact emergency services immediately.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
· maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
· all activity under your account
· notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
We may require identity verification before making account changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
· use the App for unlawful purposes
· attempt to access another user’s account
· interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
· upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
· attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
· use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including text, audio, graphics, branding, design, and software—is owned by Prime Legacy Brand LLC or licensed to us.
You may not:
· copy
· distribute
· reproduce
· publicly display
· create derivative works
without our written permission.
6. In‑App Content & Updates
We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or functionality.
We may also introduce new features, paid upgrades, or changes to existing tools.
7. Purchases & Subscriptions
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

Prices are displayed before purchase.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through:
· Apple App Store
· Google Play
We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information.
Refunds
All refunds are handled exclusively by:
· Apple App Store
· Google Play
We do not issue refunds directly.
Auto‑Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
· uninterrupted service
· error‑free operation
· availability at all times
· specific personal outcomes or results
Your use of the App is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Legacy Brand LLC shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
· loss of data
· device incompatibility
· user misuse of the App
· inability to access the App
· reliance on any content within the App
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription during the previous 12 months, if applicable.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting your account or the App does not cancel subscriptions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of:
· the United States
· the Commonwealth of Kentucky
Any disputes will be resolved in Kentucky courts.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
