Prime Legacy Brand LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the GRWNDED MNDS online store and the ARAVEY mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, shop with us, use the ARAVEY app, or otherwise interact with our Services.

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all Services offered by Prime Legacy Brand LLC, including:

• The GRWNDED MNDS Shopify store
• The ARAVEY mobile application
• Any related websites, digital tools, or communication channels

Some information collected through the ARAVEY app is also subject to our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which covers journal entries, mood check-ins, and practice activity under applicable state health data laws. Where the two policies differ, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy governs that data.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you.

From GRWNDED MNDS (Shopify Store)

• Name, email, phone number
• Billing and shipping address
• Payment details
• Order history
• Account login information
• Device and browser data
• Communications with customer support

From ARAVEY (Mobile App)

• Email address and password
• Journal entries and written reflections you create in the app
• Mood check-ins — the mood you most recently selected and the date
• Words you select in the Word Drift practice, and any words you add yourself
• Practice activity and your cumulative practice count
• Saved preferences and favorites
• App usage and interactions
• Device information (OS version, device model, identifiers)
• Crash logs and app performance data
• Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications
• Your consent record — the email address used, the date, and which version of each policy you accepted

Journal entries, mood check-ins, and the words you choose are private to your account. ARAVEY has no features that allow users to see, share, or interact with one another's content.

We do not collect biometric data, genetic data, precise location data, diagnoses, medications, or clinical records through ARAVEY. We do not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo library.

We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

1. Information Sources

We collect information from:

• Direct interactions (account creation, purchases, app usage)
• Automatic collection (cookies on our website, analytics, device data, crash reports)
• Service providers (Shopify, Google Firebase, shipping partners)

We do not purchase personal information from data brokers or collect it from public sources.

1. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate our Services
• Process orders and payments
• Manage your account
• Display your own journal entries, current mood, practice count, and saved preferences back to you within the app
• Deliver ARAVEY features and content
• Diagnose technical problems and improve stability
• Send marketing communications, if you have opted in
• Send practice reminders, if you have opted in
• Detect fraud and secure our systems
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles for marketing purposes from your app activity.

1. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal information collected through the ARAVEY app, and we have never done so. We do not share ARAVEY data with advertising partners.

Our GRWNDED MNDS online store is hosted on Shopify, which uses store data to improve its services and personalization. Depending on where you live, some of this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under state privacy law. See our Data Sharing Opt Out page for details and how to opt out.

We share information with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:

• Shopify — store hosting, payments, and analytics for the GRWNDED MNDS store. Shopify may process your data according to its own privacy policy: https://privacy.shopify.com/en
• Google LLC — through Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring). Firebase stores and processes ARAVEY data so the app can function.
• FlutterFlow, Inc. — the platform used to build and maintain the ARAVEY app. FlutterFlow has administrative access to our app database for development and maintenance purposes.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — manages subscription status and entitlements for ARAVEY Pro.
• Apple Inc. and Google LLC — process subscription payments. They do not receive your journal entries, mood data, or practice activity.
• Shipping and fulfillment partners — for merchandise orders only.

We may also disclose information to legal authorities where required by law, and to third parties where you have given us your consent.

Prime Legacy Brand LLC has no affiliates with whom personal information is shared.

1. ARAVEY App Permissions

ARAVEY may ask permission to send you push notifications. You can enable or disable this at any time in your device settings.

ARAVEY does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, or photo library.

1. Children's Data

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, contact us at grwnded@primelegacybrand.com and we will delete it.

1. Security and Retention

We rely on industry-standard security measures provided by our service providers, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. No system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep your information

• Your ARAVEY account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• When you delete your account, your account data, journal entries, mood, practice activity, and saved preferences are deleted immediately.
• Our database keeps a rolling seven-day recovery window so that data lost to a technical fault can be restored. Deleted data may persist in that window for up to seven days before it is permanently removed. It is not accessible through the app and is not used for any purpose.
• Your consent record — the email address used, the date, and which policy versions you accepted — is retained after deletion where necessary to establish or defend legal claims. It is not used for any other purpose.
• Transaction and order records are retained as required for financial and tax record-keeping, typically up to seven years.
• Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe.

1. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Request a portable copy of your information
• Opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of your information (we do neither)
• Manage your communication preferences
• Withdraw consent where we rely on it

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you our Services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you made a request.

Deleting your ARAVEY account

You can delete your ARAVEY account and data at any time within the app, under More → Delete Account or Profile → Delete Account. If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email grwnded@primelegacybrand.com with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Making a request

To exercise any other right, email us at grwnded@primelegacybrand.com.

We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we cannot reasonably verify who you are, we may ask for additional information or decline the request, and we will tell you why.

We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we will tell you within that period and may take up to 45 additional days.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing grwnded@primelegacybrand.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, we will provide you with a method to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

1. Data Location and International Transfers

ARAVEY data is stored and processed in the United States.

Information collected through the GRWNDED MNDS Shopify store may be processed outside your country of residence. If transferred from the EEA or UK, we use approved legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

1. Consumer Health Data

If you use ARAVEY, some of the information we collect — your journal entries, mood check-ins, and practice activity — may be considered consumer health data under the laws of certain states, including Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut.

We collect this information only with your consent, which you provide through a separate, specific consent step when you create your account.

1. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent changes.

We will provide notice of material changes as required by law.
